Mixing plant MVA 3000 / 1500 digital

MVA series mixing systems are used wherever the same emulsion is required on different machines. The emulsion is transported to the individual consumers by pumps without spillage. Distances of of 400 m and delivery heights of 30 m can be handled.

The mixing systems are suitable for indirect connection to the water pipe in accordance with DIN EN 1717. They also meet the requirements of the WHG (Water Resources Act). Together with a wall bracket or with a TÜV tested drip tray with stand, the water and emulsion tank in stainless steel, the system is integrated into one unit. The feed tank is unpressurized and divided into two chambers by a bulkhead. One chamber is for the water, whereby the level is regulated via a float valve. The other chamber is for the mixture, the level of which is controlled by a float switch.
